‘Tis the season for holiday celebrations, family traditions, office parties, annual soirées, and a seemingly endless stream of festivities, much to my delight. In addition to all of that, this is the time of year when the joy of treating a loved one to a gift that is
beautiful, luxurious, and just a little bit over-the-top is too
delightful to resist! Especially if gift giving is your love language
like it is mine, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone’s
eyes light up and hearing them say “Oh, you shouldn’t have!” when
opening something you knew they would love. And since this is a style/beauty blog, we are concentrating solely on beauty products and little things that would be perfect stocking stuffers.
In case you’re picking up a few last-minute beauty goodies for someone this week, here are a few of my favorite finds.
Most of the time the main focus on this blog is women’s fashion and beauty, but there are those few times per year when we pay extra attention to finding the perfect gift for the men in our lives. What better time to show our love and affection to them than Christmas.
In reality, however, it is very, very hard to shop for men, mostly because they tend to not talk about what they want, or share with their friends what they wish they were getting.
So, what is more classic than gifting to your other half a signature bottle of perfume. A scent that you know he will absolutely love and would make him think of you every time he puts it on. It’s little luxuries like this that would make him feel extra special.
This year I chose the Christian Lacroix Bijou with its refined contrast of fresh ginger root and cardamom wrapped in rich cashmere woods. Pure perfection in a bottle.

The holidays are just around the corner and our
calendar is already getting so full! And though shopping is one of my
all time favorite activities, each year I find it harder to come up with the perfect
gift (or something extra unique) for those I care about most. Today’s Christmas Gift Guide for Her is filled with the perfect little gifts to surprise the beauty-loving friends and family members of yours.
As you may already know I'm a huge fan of Fergie perfumes. I have all three of them made in collaboration with Avon, even though my all time favourite is the first one - just Outspoken!
But this holiday season she is launching a new one - Outspoken Party! My mum actually surprised me with this early Christmas gift - a set of the new Fergie perfume, a deodorant and a body lotion of the same line.
