A Classic Colour That Never Goes Out Of Style

As I mentioned in the previous post, beige was all the rage throughout 2019, so I decided to create a full neutral outfit using only items I already own in my wardrobe. It's easy to get stuck in a routine, wearing the same couple of things everyday and saying that you have nothing to wear.. especially when you are a girl.
As much as I love statement clothing pieces and colorful accessories, some of my all-time favorite looks have come from pairing neutrals. Since I always have both classic wardrobe staples and more unique styles in neutral tones on hand, creating new looks from them proves as effortless as it is enjoyable. Frankly, I was more than pleased with the end result and even began thinking why everyone stopped wearing Isabel Marant inspired sneakers. Especially now, when sneakers of all shades and sizes are a huge trend. What do you think?

A completely monochromatic ensemble takes the basic and makes it not so basic when you are mixing different textures and patterns. Something about an understated palette opens the door to be extra creative. For example, here I combined the soft beige colour of my leather jacket with a basic sweater and a scarf in the same shade with suede sneakers. The camouflage print of my pants though, compliment the ensemble perfectly but also stands out on its own at the same time.
